Orders are processed once full payment (or COD confirmation) is received. Nayab Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. We accept payments through multiple methods displayed at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online transfers. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver orders across Pakistan within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, Nayab Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, public holidays, or external factors beyond our control. Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid failed deliveries.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
