1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery under the following conditions:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
If these conditions are not met, Nayab Store reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (except for faulty or incorrect items).

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash after verification.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

The replacement will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges requested due to personal preference.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer service. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and the return process will apply instead.
